HUM – ISTRIA – SMALLEST TOWN IN THE WORLD
Hum is often called the smallest town in the world because it has only 30 people living inside the city walls. People that live inside the city still choose their mayor. It is a city with many traditional products like biska, the mistletoe brandy that the locals find medicinal. The legend says that actually the giants built the city with the rocks they found in the neighboring forests.
OUR TIP: Be sure to try the local truffle products and brandies in the local souvenir shops.
